LD-206 Waterborne Non Silicon Defoamer

1.  Product Overview

LD-206 is reinforced high cost performance mineral oil defoaming agent, which is applied for water coatings, water oils, emulsion polymerization, emulsion adhesives and paper coatings. It has good long-term defoaming effect.

Component: Hydrophobic wax particle and emulsifier

Appearance: yellow liquid

Density (25℃): 0.95-1.2 g/m³

Viscosity(25℃):1000-4000 Mpa.s

Active ingredient: 100%

3.  Product Performance and Application

LD-206 is applied for emulsion and adhesives

Good bubble inhibition and defoaming effect

Long defoaming durability, good effect after long-term storage

Good compatibility to prevent defect in coating film

Suggested adding amount in adhesive is 0.1-0.5%

4.  Product Packing and Storage

Storage stability:at least 24 months in sealed condition in shady and cool and ventilate place. There will be solidification when it meets cold, it can melt in room temperature, but direct heating is forbidden.
