LD-8107 Silicone High Efficiency Wetting Agent

1.  Product description

LD-8107 is a novel Nonionic silicone surfactant. Is a most cost-effective silicone wetting agent, with very low surface tension and low foam stability, do not improve smoothness, do not affect the adhesion between layers and re coating, wide application.

2. Main advantages

Low surface tension (1% concentration, down to 21.50 dyne)

Excellent base material wettability and permeability, effective prevention of shrinkage

Excellent miscibility of resin

It does not improve smoothness and does not affect adhesion fastness and repainting property between layers.

4.  Product application

0.1-1.0% of water-borne coatings and inks

Water-based embossing solution: 2% can be used as a solution.

Water-borne wood primer and water-borne plastic paint with a general addition of 0.3%

Waterborne leather coatings or tanning: about 0.5% added

Solvent-based coatings: such as metal paints, 0.1-0.5%

Petroleum Exploitation, Cleaning and Washing Products: About 1% Addition

Pigment Wetting Dispersant

Do not add in beating, add later

5.  Storage and validity period

Unopened at room temperature, the product has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
