LD-91083/91093 Solvent-Based Leveling Agent

1.  Introduction

LD-91083 is a new-generation polymerization type leveling agent, when used in solvent-based coatings, and inks it can prevent the leveling and  shrinkage problem caused by surface tension difference. Compared with traditional leveling agents, it has following features:

• Improve leveling, eliminate shrinkage and orange peel;

• Improve the gloss and brightness:

• Along with defoaming function;

• Wet the pigment box bottom material:

• Enhance the adhesive force between materials:

• Good compatibility with resins.

2. Application areas

LD-91083 applicates widely in all kinds of self dry coatings, baking paints, solvent-based systems and complex materials, including not only following areas:

• Volume just paint and can coating

• Two-component polyurethane varnish

• Amino industrial paint

• UV-curable coatings

• Glass fiber wetting and avoiding the separation

• Car coatings

3.  Physical and chemical data

• Appearance: colorless transparent liquid

• Chemical ingredient: polyacrylate solution

• Active ingredient: 65%

• Solvent:xylene

4. Add method

Add directly and disperse at high speed in systems with nearly same viscosity or add after dilution by solvents.

5. Additfive amount

For different purposes, the recommended additive amount is 0.3-1.5% of the total amount.

6.Package and storage

25kg or 180 iron drums

Stored in the unopened original package, temperature between 5-30℃, valid for

one year, being reassessed when expired.
