LD-9602 Leveling Agent

1.  Overview

LD-9602 is a kind of degassing leveling agent, which can be used in nonaqueous coatings, liquid coating systems, powder coatings and powder coatings.

Due to its chemical structure, LD-9602 improves the surface tension of the oating. LD-9602 can eliminate or reduce shinkage cavity, ish eye and orange peel. It can improve leveling, dispersion and anti blooming ability, avoid gas residues in the paint film, and strengthen the weting of the substrate.

3. Properties

LD-9602 is also very suitable for the production of powder paint or powder paint resin. It is recommended to mix 9 parts of polyester resin and 1 part of LD-9602 to prepare masterbatch. After melting, homogenization, cooling and granulation, the masterbatch is completely mixed and directly used in the premixed extrusion pro-cess. It can avoid the defects of silicon leveling agent. In particular, the powder coating with excellent leveling property and weather resistance can be produced.

5. Storage and packaging

It shall be stored in a cool and dry place and shall be valid for 2 years when un-opened.
