4. Precautions and advantages

LD-1180 can de flocculate pigment through steric stabilizatio. It provides equal charge to pigments, so it can avoid the possibility of co flocculation of pigments with unequal charge. Since the particles of the anti flocculation of pigment are very small, it can achieve high gloss and improve the tinting power, and also enhance the transparency and hiding power. LD-1180 reduces the viscosity, so the leveling property and pigment content are improved.

LD-1180 is used for solvent containing and solvent free water-based coatings to remove the flocculation of inorganic pigments (especially titanium dioxide).LD-1180 is solvent free, which can reduce the viscosity of abrasive, so it is suitable foe low VOC and VOC free system.

5. Storage and packing

25kg and 50kg plastic drums.

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place away from light. When rhe temperature is lower than 10 ℃, turbidity and separation may occur. Before use, it should be heated to room temperature and mixed evenly. The quality of the product will not be affected.
