LD-1241 Wetting Dispersing Agent

1.  Properties

Ingredients: active group modified supra polymer polyurethane solution

Appearance: Yellow to yellowish brown transparent liquid

Active ingredient: 50%

Solvent: PMA/ butyl ester

2.  Application features

This product is linear structure aliphatic series crylic acid polyurethane macro-molecule hyperdispersant with many anchoring groups, which is applied for making long-term storage high concentration paste.

It has strong wetting property and stability in carbon black and other organic pigments, especially it has strong anti-viscosity to black paste. Carbon black can be up to 20% in black paste, meanwhile, the viscosity of paste is similar to monomer while not false trucking.

It has good weather resistance, color contrast prosperities, high gloss, and great storage stability, which is not seeding and can be used in high automobile paints and outdoor weather resistance paints. The contrast test with other hyperdispersant of other brands shows that the effects of this product is up to free radical polymerization dispersant.

It can be matched well with most solvent resins, and it is totally applied in low, medium, high systems.

The test shows that this product can make non-resin paste for general use in organic pigments, which is similar to EFKA4050 free radical dispersant with strong stability.

3.  Applications

It is applied for solvent coatings, inks and paints, which is used for making high quality paste and paint.

4.  Additive amount

For inorganic pigments, 5-20% of total weight; for organic pigments, 20-50% of total weight; for carbon black, 50-100% of total weight.

5.  Packing and storage

25kg/50kg plastic barrel/steel barrel, the sample is 80ml.

It should be stored in cool and dry place and the storage period is one year.
