In order to gain sufficient defoaming effects, defoamer should be added before grinding. If add it at the later period, then shear stress should be high enough to guarantee the defoamer to disperse enough, in case of shrinkage cavity.

4. Characteristics and advantages

It is kind of general use organosilicone defoamer and has good defoaming and foam-depressing properties. It is easy to control and hard to produce shrinkage cavity because of over added.

 5. Applied areas

The additive is widely used in dry solvent systems under normal temperature, including polyurethane, polyester, nitro, crylic acid and so on.
