LD-2052 Solvent Paint Defoamer

1.  Introduction

LD-2052 is broken bubble polymer solvent without organosilicone, which is used as standard defoamer in solvent paint and ink. It can prevent bubble and foam of paint and ink in production, packing and construction. Its features: quick defoaming, prevent bubbling, good popularity, light color, safe repaint.

Active ingredient: 20%

Density(25℃):0.85-0.95 g/cm3

Solvent:Xylene/propylene glycol methyl ether/acetate

3.  Application range

It has extremely good performance in the following paint systems: industrial paint, automotive paint, construction paint, wood paint, and it also can be used in can and coil paint and so on.

4.  Recommended dosage

To achieve enough effect, it is recommended to add in grinding period with 0.1-0.5% of total amount. It must be evaluated for its effect on varnish system cleanness and shrinkage for its strong immiscibility.
