LD-91082 Waterborne General Leveling Agent Agent

1. Summary

The product is a kind of high viscosity polyether modification organic polysiloxane, belonging to a new type silicone surfactant (long-chain alkyl and polyethertension. It applies to modified silicone oil). It possesses a character of low surface waterborne, solvent and solventless ink and ink system.And it has an excellent intersolubility with alkanes oiliness material and polymer film forming matter. The product has many performance like flow defoaming, emulsification, percolation , antistatic electricity, soft, lubrication, moisture  retention and solubility enhacement It has a good leveling effect in waterborne coatings. What' s more, ,it also has best compatibility, best breaking oil point, and can lower the skin-friction forceeffectively. It can prevent pinhole and not affect the overcoatability.The effect is good.

It can improve wettability and exhibition cloth performance of pigments or fill-ers in the system. So it increases the compatibility and dispersion between fillers and liquid to make coatings smoother and steadier.

It can make the surface more smooth and improve the wettability of the sub-strate, as well as the flow-spreading property, surface smoothness of ink, improving the glossiness of the product and preventing shrinkage cavity.

Defoaming, oil shrinkage prevention, floating color prevention and floweringprevention. Addition amount for reference: 0.05-0.3%

If in solvent-free system, the effect is the same as above, It is very effective on increasing the wetting of the substrate and strengthening the seepage force and combination with base.Addition amount for reference: 0.3-1%.

25kg plastic bucket, 50kg metal pail, 200kg plastic bucket, 200kg metal pail or according to customers’requirements

5. Storage and transportation

Products should be stored sealed and kept in a shady, cool and dried place.Shelf life: 12 months (non-dangerous products)
