LD-9603 Defoaming And Leveling Agent

1.  Overview

This product has good temperature resistance, does not affect recoating and improves long wave leveling. It is an acrylate leveling agent with defoaming property.

Composition: polyacrylate solvent

Density: 0.89-0.93 g/cm³

Active inaredient: 50%

Solvent: Xylene

3.Application area 

Recommended: solvent based system

Adaptation: solvent-free system

4. Product performance

This additive improves leveling and gloss. It produces long wave effects and prevents shrinkage. The acrylate additive does not affect the recoating property or the adhesion between layers. Only slightly reduce the surface tension, this additive is thermally stable.

5.  Features and Benefits 

Due to its high molecular weight and non hierarchical structure, LD-9603 has both leveling and defoaming properties.

6. Adding method and dosage

LD-9603 can be added at any stage in the production process or later.

In order to improve the defoaming property of the system, LD-9603 should be added to the abrasive.

Based on the total formula: 0.1-1.5%.

7.  Storage and packaging

It shall be stored in a cool and dry place and shall be valid for 2 years when unopened

25KG, 50KG, 200KG plastic drums or iron drums.
