K7921 Adhesion enhancing agent powder for powder coatings

1. Description:

Additive plays an aesthetic role in improving a product’s appearance also provide mechanical or chemical resistance. By definition, additives are added in small quantities, often less than one point percent, to re-inforce selected chemical or physical properties of the finished powder coatings. Powder coating products has some limitations that are intrinsic to the technology itself, which are linked to the physical state of the Powder coating before application on the piece to be coating. Powder particles must melt first (melting), then aggregate to form a homogeneous liquid film (flow) and finally crosslink to form the final coating film (crosslinking). Sometimes the defect effect is created, which sometimes distinguishes the final appearance of powder coatings compared to more conventional liquid coatings. Therefore, additives play an important role in powder coating technology.

K7921 is a latest developed adhesion enhancing agent with high efficiency. It can improve the wet ability & adhesion of powder coatings to substrate.
