SA207 Textured additive for powder coatings

SA207is an modified fluoroscope which can be used as a special textured additive in powder coatings for household appliances,IT equipment,office appliances,playground equipment and other industrial applications.

3. Characteristics:

Be applicable to any powder coating systems such as pure epoxy, hybrid, PES/TGIC or PES/HAA and PU etc, to provide a special texture finish with fine-grained surface.

Very attractive and consistent texture finish can be obtained when it is compared with other texture additives

at the present time.

Flow modifier and Benzoin in powder formulation can be omitted or decreased greatly. Therefore, the cost of powder coating is down probably.

Even if its use levels are very low such as 0.08%, the very attractive texture effect can be obtained.
