LD-1010 /LD-1101 Solvent free wetting and dispersing agent

        1. Summary

LD-1010 is solvent free wetting and dispersing agent, used for high solid and solvent based and solvent-free coatings and printing inks, and can stabilize inorganic pigments, especially titanium dioxide. Because of its anionic properties, it is very suitable for acid catalytic systems (such as coil coatings). The additive can de flocculate the pigment through space steric hindrance. Because the flocculated pigment particles are very small, high luster and color intensity can be obtained. In addition, transparency and hiding power are increased. These products reduce viscosity, thereby improving leveling and increasing pigment content. 

LD-1101 is an upgraded product of LD-1010, with improved viscosity reduction capacity. It is an economical product.

They can increase luster, reduce haze, and greatly reduce the viscosity of abrasive. It can be used with pigment pastes stabilized with LD-1652, 1653 and 1200 series additives. For high solid, solvent-free coatings, especially titanium dioxide.

They are applicable to anti-corrosion and marine coatings, automotive production line coatings, industrial coatings, canned coatings, coil coatings, architectural coatings, wood and furniture coatings, industrial coatings, printing inks.

        5. Recommended dosage

 Inorganic pigment: 2.5-5%

 Titanium dioxide: 1-3%

6.  Storage and packaging

25KG and 50KG plastic drums. It shall be protected from light and moisture at normal temperature, with a storage period of 24 months.

When the temperature is lower than 10℃, stratification and turbidity may occur. Heat to 20℃ and mix thoroughly before use.
