LD-1110/LD-1210 Solvent based paint

1. Main components

   Dispersant LD-1110 main ingredients: 100% active polymer dispersant. Special polyester terminated with carboxyl groups. Recommended to replace BYK-110 and other phosphate dispersants to reduce costs.

        Dispersant LD-1210 is a high molecular active polymers containing acidic anchoring groups.

3. Feature introduction

LD-1110 is a low polarity, acid anchored, non yellowing dispersant with excel-lent compatibility with alkyd resin, synthetic fatty acid polyester resin, acrylic resin, etc. It is especially suitable for the dispersion of titanium dioxide without yellowing white paint and has good dispersion effect for other inorganic pigments. It is suitable for almost every kind of solvent based paint, such as wood paint, general industrial paint, coil steel paint, alkyd resin paint, etc. Because of its 100% active ingredients, it has excellent cost performance. Suitable for medium and low polarity solvent coating system.

LD-1210 prevents pigment flocculation by establishing a spatial barrier effect between pigment particles. It can give isoelectric point to pigment particles and prevent flocculation of non isoelectric pigments. Because it can keep the pigment in the minimum particle size state without flocculation, it can achieve higher gloss and higher coloring strength, and improve the transparency and hiding power. LD-1210significantly reduces the viscosity of titanium white grinding system, improves leveling, increases the pigment concentration of titanium white, and ensures that the white paint does not turn yellow.

4. Recommended dosage

LD-1110:    Titanium dioxide 1%-3%.        Inorganic pigment 3%-6%

LD-1210:    Titanium dioxide: 2-4%.          Inorganic pigment: 5-10%

5. Storage and packaging

    LD-1110：Store in a cool and dry place. When unopened, it is valid for 2 years.Packed in 25kg or 200kg plastic lined iron drum.

   LD-1210：Due to the acidity of LD-1210 itself, this product may catalyze and accelerate the cross chain of baking paint system. The change of viscosity of paint shall be checked during storage. Due to the extremely high molecular weight of LD-1210, turbidity and separation may occur when the temperature is lower than + 18 ℃. It can be heated to room temperature before use, mixed evenly, and the product quality will not be affected. 25kg, 50kg, 200kg plastic drum /iron drum packaging.
