3. Recommended dosage

Titanium dioxide: 3-5%

Carbon black: 50-70%

Organic pigment: 20-30%

Inorganic pigment: 12-25%

4. Future introduction

For highly surface treated pigments, LD-1164 may have average effect due to difficult adsorption. In this case, untreated pigments of the same specifictaion may be effective. LD-1164 is recommended for color pastes and general industrial coatings, without aromatic solvents. LD-1164 is also suitable for post addition to adjust the difference between batches. At this time, the slow addition of high shear force is required.

LD-1164 relieves the flocculation of pigment through spatial barrier effect. It provides equal charge to pigments,  so it can avoid the possibility of CO flocculation of unequal charge pigments. Because the anti flocculation pigment particles are very small, they can achieve high gloss and improve coloring power, enhance transparency and hiding power, reduce viscosity, improve leveling and increase pigment content of LD-1164.

LD-1164 is applicable to industrial coatings, anticorrision coatings, printing inks and systems without aromatic hydrocarbons.

5. Storage and packing

Store in a cool and dry place. When unoppened, the validity period is 2 years.
