LD-109 Special Dispersant For Aluminum Silver Paste

1. Summary

LD-109 is a special new interface material, supplemented by various types of additives to achieve various excellent functions. it is suitable for the paint industry ink industry, especially for the dispersion of aluminum silver paste (non floating type), and has excellent application performance.

3.  Purpose

①　 Dispersion, anti sedimentation and wetting of oily, paint and ink;

②　 It has good dispersibility for carbon black, phthalocyanine series pigments, pearlescent pigments, aluminum powder and various organic pigments and fillers.

③　 It can effectively improve the anti sinking performance and storage stability of paint;

④　The dispersed aluminum silver paste has good color brightness, increased brightness, no blackening, significantly improved moisture retention, strong weather resistance and improved water boiling resistance.

⑤　 It can improve the adhesion and brightness of the paint film.

4.  Usage

①　The general dosage is 1-3% of the solid pigment and filler, and the recommended dosage is 1-1.5% or 0.5-0.8% of the total paint.

②　Before the coating is dispersed, add it (during the beating of aluminum silver paste), and then disperse it at medium and low speeds, and then proceed according to the normal process without special requirements.

③　This product has strong activity. Other surfactants with hydroxyl and carboxyl groups should be added in the later stage of sanding to avoid reducing the function of this product.

5.  Packaging and storage

25KG, 50KG plastic drums or negotiated according to user requirements.

It is effective to keep it sealed in room at room temperature for one year, and the color difference does not affect the internal quality.
