K7017 Charge enhancing agent for powder coatings

1. Description:

Kabasph series charge additives have stronger charge balancing function and overcome the Faraday electrostatic shielding which improve powder utilization rate and solve the problem of uncoated notched groove and dead corner. 

K7017 is a high-efficiency additive for electrostatic spray guns in  depth grooves. It can significantly improve the charge performanceof particles when applied to powder coatings. It can effectively penetrate the Faraday cage during spraying. It is recommended for electrostatic spraying of shaped work-pieces.

Premix K7017 with other components of the formula before extrusion.

The use level is 0.5- 1.5% by total weight of formula.

7. Package & Storage

Packing with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.

Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.

Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
