SA2483 is a long-chain fatty acid ester used as charge-enhancing agent to improve powder coating transfer-efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application.

3. Characteristics:
Enhance the conductivity to improve powder coating transfer-efficiency, application performance and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during electrostatic powder spray.
Differing from general amine based charge-enhancing agent, SA2483 provides improved substrate wetting to result in better flow and appearance of powder coatings.
Quite good thermo-stability and anti-yellowing.
Have no catalytic activity, does not affect the gloss and gel time of coat.

Premix SA2483 with other components of the formula before extrusion.
The use level is 0.3- 0.6% by total weight of formula.
7. Package & Storage
Packing with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
