By definition, additives are added in small quantities, often less than one point percent, to re-inforce selected chemical or physical properties of the finished powder coatings. Powder coating products has some limitations that are intrinsic to the technology itself, which are linked to the physical state of the Powder coating before application on the piece to be coating. Powder particles must melt first (melting), then aggregate to form a homogeneous liquid film (flow) and finally crosslink to form the final coating film (crosslinking). Sometimes the defect effect is created, which sometimes distinguishes the final appearance of powder coatings compared to more conventional liquid coatings. Therefore, additives play an important role in powder coating technology.
SA516 is a 100% active polymeric disperser with improving pigment dispersion and stability in powder coatings.

Premix SA516 with other components of the formulation before extrusion.
The use level is 0.5- 1.0% by weight, based on total formulation weight.
7. Package & Storage
Packing with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in temperature between 2-32℃ or cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
