K7318 Low temperature curing accelerator for powder coatings

1. Description:

Catalysts, also known as curing accelerators. Catalysts are used to catalyze the cross-linking of end-carboxylated polyester or epoxy resin, to increase the reaction speed and reduce the curing temperature. It can also reduce the amount of curing agent added.

K7318 is a new anti-yellowing low temperature curing accelerator,designed for powder coatings based on PES/TGIC and hybrid, to reduce curing temperature or shorten curing time.

Premix K7318 with other components of the formula before extrusion.

The use level is 0.3- 1% by total weight of formula.

7. Package & Storage

Packing with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.

Store in cool dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.

Based on our experience the shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
